Must Have
substantial experience advising public companies on SEC reporting, disclosure obligations, corporate governance, capital markets transactions, and related securities law matters, combination of top-tier law firm training and meaningful in-house experience

comfortable working directly with executive leadership, Boards of Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing responsiveness or quality, operate with a sense of ownership and accountability, work collaboratively, and contribute positively to a high-performance, low-ego team environment
What You'll Do.
legal lead for the company’s public company reporting
and capital markets activities
own the SEC reporting lifecycle
including oversight and preparation of all 10-K
and related securities filings
ensure high standards of accuracy
and disclosure controls
manage governance processes and documentation
including Board and committee materials
and Nasdaq compliance
help scale the company’s public company and governance infrastructure
lead legal support for capital markets and financing transactions
assist with other strategic corporate transactions
provide meaningful exposure to broader strategic
and enterprise-level legal and business issues
partner cross-functionally with Finance
and outside counsel on broader corporate
and securities matters
including subsidiary management
insider trading compliance and reporting
equity compensation matters
and related corporate governance activities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner closely with the Chief Legal Officer, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors on governance, disclosure, and other public company matters; partner cross-functionally with Finance, Investor Relations, HR, Tax, Treasury, and outside counsel

communicate clearly and effectively across legal and business teams
