What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-8 years of legal experience, experience at a top-tier law firm, J.D. from an accredited law school, active membership in at least one U. S. state bar, commercial contracting experience, SaaS agreements experience, technology agreements experience, enterprise customers agreements experience, MSAs experience, SOWs experience, order forms experience, DPAs experience, vendor agreements experience, related commercial agreements experience, Excellent drafting skills, Excellent negotiation skills, Excellent issue-spotting skills, Exceptional attention to detail, Very work ethic, desire to dive deeply into the business, Experience advising high-growth technology companies, Experience advising SaaS businesses, Experience advising regulated businesses, Experience advising enterprise software companies, Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new and evolving regulatory frameworks, translating them into practical guidance for the business team, A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset, a desire to solve problems rather than simply identify them
What You'll Do.
and manage a wide range of commercial agreements
including SaaS agreements
distribution agreements
partnership agreements
and other strategic commercial contracts
Partner closely with business leadership
and finance to support enterprise deals and strategic initiatives
Advise on product development and product launches
including identifying legal risks and developing practical
business-oriented solutions
Develop expertise in new and evolving legal areas relevant to Vetcove’s business
including telecommunications

Help translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for product
