About the Position The Associate General Counsel will be a key member of Vetcove’s legal team and a trusted partner to teams across the business. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a high-growth startup environment, brings a strong work ethic and ownership mindset to every project, enjoys tackling problems big and small, and wants to help build the legal infrastructure for a rapidly expanding technology company operating in highly regulated markets. You will work closely with Vetcove’s legal team, business leadership, product, and operations teams on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracting, product counseling, regulatory analysis, privacy, data security, intellectual property, and strategic growth initiatives. You should be excited to jump into new areas, master unfamiliar legal frameworks, and help the business move quickly while thoughtfully managing risk.
