Full Job Description

Printpack, a privately-held packaging manufacturer with revenues in excess of $1 billion, is seeking an Associate General Counsel. This hybrid-work position will be based at our Atlanta corporate headquarters in Vinings and will report directly to the Vice President and General Counsel. This position requires a broad business perspective and the ability to craft business-relevant legal solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to anticipate legal issues, effectively resolve legal matters, and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives while managing legal risk. ## **_Minimum Qualifications_** * JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in Georgia * Experience practicing corporate/transactional law, preferably in both firm and in-house settings ## ** _Additional Skills_** * Excellent academic credentials * Strong drafting and negotiating skills * Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills * Collaborative and team-oriented * Ability to develop strong relationships with individuals across a diverse company * Motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and effectively juggle competing priorities * Solid organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to devise pragmatic, creative solutions for problems, opportunities, and business strategies * Prior experience providing substantive/technical legal advice and support to the senior management team and business leaders * Familiarity with the UCC and transactions for the purchase and sale of goods ## ** _Responsibilities_** * Provide hands-on counsel to all levels of the organization.
