Brookfield is committed to the development of our people through challenging work assignments and exposure to diverse businesses. **Job Description** The associate will join the real estate Fundraise Management (FM) team and work closely with FM colleagues, as well as senior leadership across both the Global Client Group (GCG) and Real Estate business. The main focus of the role being the support of the fundraising lifecycle for real estate closed ended funds and open end, ensuring all stakeholders in the organization contribute their expertise into the design of the fundraising strategy and coordination of all stakeholder groups in delivering their respective roles throughout each stage of the lifecycle. In this role, the Associate will: * Support the close ended and open end FM leadership in all stages of the fundraising lifecycle, collaborating with internal functional partners and business group leads as well as interfacing investors and external advisors. * Work with FM leadership to develop and implement fundraising strategy for generating investor interest and driving momentum, working closely with Client Relationship Managers to meet qu
