So, join our Fund Data management Team and feel like you’re part of something bigger. **** **About your team** **** Global Platform Solutions (GPS) Delivery supports and maintains pension administration services for a wide range of clients. The nature of the service provided includes full support to pension scheme members at all stages of the administration life cycle through to specialist support to trustees and members for specific task delivery. The Fund Data Management team manages the core fund data across a wide range of fund types and systems. This includes the addition of new funds to the platforms, as well as the maintenance of existing Fidelity and third party funds. **** **About your role ** This role will include: · Onboarding of Fidelity funds by liasing with product change , product delivery and internal teams. · Management of all fund data held on the system. · End to end execution and management of all allocated tasks. · Communication, management and implementation of corporate actions, mainly name changes,objective changes ,settlement period , charge changes as advised by areas of the business. · Coordination of client mailings. · Coordinate the addition and amendment of core fund data for Fidelity products. · Provide accurate data as required to other areas both on a scheduled and ad hoc basis. · Provide support to operational areas, Systems, teams and the business . · Review of core fund data to ensure its integrity. · Identification and escalation
