Must Have
3-5 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure / project finance, corporate finance, M&A, financial prior financial modelling experience required, Fluency in English is a pre-requisite
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering preferred, Proven track record of successful financial closings, including experience with international / regional corporates, financial sponsors and government established network of industry contacts is an advantage
What You'll Do.
supporting the Structured Finance Group
cash flow modelling / financial analysis
negotiation and closing of structured finance transactions
ongoing management of the existing structured finance loan portfolio
preparation of internal credit papers
coordination of due diligence
term sheet negotiation
and financial closing activities
Develop and operate complex financial models
Instruct and supervise unit business manager in handling post-closing activities
business origination activities
preparation of marketing materials
