## **Career Category** Finance ## ## **Job Description** **Associate Finance role will support the Operations Finance Planning & Analysis team in the following responsibilities:** o Ensures that day-to-day reporting and forecasting for supporting functions is handled properly and according to internal guidelines, accounting principles and applicable laws and ethical business practices o Support monthly close process, completing management/project reports, variance analysis, and presenting results and recommendations to Senior Management. Gather and analyze data, understand and communicate cost variance drivers, and establish effective working relationships within Finance and Function o Support consolidation of global forecasts and actual analysis for both Opex and Capex o Work with Clients to gain a thorough understanding of key cost drivers and sensitivities o Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed **Preferred Qualifications** o Bachelor’s degree in business o Certified public accountant or past experience working in accounting (with preference for experience in cost accounting and/or manufacturing finance) o Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, ANAPLAN and/or other large ERP, AI tools, CHATGPT, CodeEX and consolidation tools o Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency o Experience supporting senior leaders of an organization as an FP&A business partner or in some other advisory capacity o Experience in preparing executive communication to include written and oral presentations o Problem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify and solve vaguely defined problems o Possess a continuous improvement mindset o Ability to influence at all levels with a customer service mindset o Ability to take initiative and work within an autonomous environment .
