What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of project/program management or similar business experience, 5+ years of project/program management or similar business experience, U. S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance, Legal authorization to work in the U. S. indefinitely
Nice to Have
PM Masters Certificate, PMP highly desired, PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Lead large projects or portions of complex projects
Oversee development of the complete project plan
and audit project budgets
Analyze variances and develop action plans
Represent the organization on projects
Accomplish stated project objectives within stipulated time period and budget
