Must Have
2-5 years facilities operations experience, Technical training in plant engineering, Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, Experience with MEP systems, Experience with preventative maintenance programs, Experience supporting vendor management, Experience with service contracts, Organizational skills, Ability to prioritize, Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities, Excellent communication skills, Ability to work effectively across technicians, engineers, and leadership, Familiarity with fire life safety systems, Familiarity with building operations, Understanding of OSHA, Understanding of environmental regulations, Understanding of building codes, Understanding of NFPA, Understanding of NEC, Flexibility to travel, Support multiple locations, Respond to facilities issues outside business hours
Nice to Have
Familiar with project management processes, Experience managing shipping processes, Experience managing receiving processes, Experience managing supply chain processes, Experience supporting secure spaces, Experience with AS9100
What You'll Do.
Coordinate facilities operations
Manage facilities service requests
Prioritize workstreams
Coordinate with internal teams
Coordinate with external vendors
Oversee purchase order creation
Track purchase orders
Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
Coordinate corrective maintenance programs
Partner with internal engineers
Partner with external service providers
Ensure security procedures are followed
Ensure communication procedures are followed
Manage vendor maintenance
Review service reports
Track maintenance follow-ups
Ensure completion of maintenance
Maintain spare parts inventory
Support operational readiness
Support infrastructure needs
Support equipment setup
Support facility improvements
Coordinate facility vehicles
Plan vehicle maintenance
Inspect facility vehicles
Ensure vehicle compliance
Contribute to facilities initiatives
Lead facilities initiatives
Provide facilities support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
