What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a technical lead or similar role in BIM, engineering tools, or digital product environments, expertise in BIM tools (e.g. , Autodesk Revit) and understanding of BIM workflows and standards, Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with backlog management skills, Ability to handle complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across global teams, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
Nice to Have
Good knowledge of elevator systems, configurations, or building systems is preferred
What You'll Do.
Own and drive the product vision
and roadmap for Elevator BIM solutions
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders
Lead the development and enhancement of BIM models
and digital assets for elevator systems
Ensure integration of BIM solutions with enterprise tools
Provide functional guidance to development teams
Support decision-making on complex product and modeling topics
and quality assurance
Support global teams in issue resolution
and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to improve productivity
and automation within BIM workflows
and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with BIM standards
and organizational best practices
