Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2-3 years of relevant experience, Experience in providing operations/administrative support, Experience supporting executives or other equivalent leaders / principals, Experience booking travel and related accommodations, Planning itineraries, Writing and research skills, Ability to exercise intense discretion and confidentiality, Ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines
Nice to Have
Proficiency in AI tools/experience integrating AI into admin and operations workflows is a bonus, Experience in communications field, particularly media, preferred, time management and organizational skills, ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at once with little direction, thinking creatively to maximize time and efficiency, aptitude to learn new software and systems, Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job, propensity to think multiple steps ahead and anticipate needs, challenges, and questions, apply appropriate enjoys a challenge

Manage all aspects of schedule
Prepare and submit expense reports
Coordinate and book travel
Filter internal and external requests
Coordinate meetings and events
Identify and address immediate concerns
Manage sensitive matters with confidentiality
Respond to requests outside business hours
Support executive in client work
Perform basic writing and research tasks
Prepare briefing documents
Assist in prep for meetings/pitches
