Must Have
Relevant degree or progressing toward a professional qualification (e.g. ICSA, ACCA, or similar), Eagerness to build a career in corporate secretarial services, Some experience in a corporate services, legal, or financial services environment, Basic understanding of governance processes, Good understanding of corporate administration and regulatory frameworks, Keen to develop technical knowledge further, Organised, Detail-oriented, Proactive, Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment, Team player, Good communication skills, Comfortable working with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
