Role - Junior Product Designer Location - Remote USA Employment Type - Fulltime About the Role: * Nagarro is seeking a Junior Product Designer to help create engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, wearables, AR/VR, kiosks, and connected devices. * You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-cantered products for global clients in industries such as automotive, finance, and real estate. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create impactful user experiences. * Participate in ideation sessions, workshops, and design reviews. * Sketch, prototype, and test design concepts. * Conduct and support user research and usability testing. * Communicate design decisions to stakeholders and project teams. * Contribute to design processes, best practices, and design culture. ## Qualifications Must Have: * Minimum 1-3 years of experience in product designing. * Understanding of UX principles, product design, and product lifecycle. * Knowledge of design research methods. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. * Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive mindset. ## Additional Information Disclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
