What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-3 years professional project management/engagement management experience, Track record of working with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, Ability to maintain client focus, Ability to work in a fast paced environment, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proven ability to ramp-up quickly and be a self-starter, SaaS implementation project management experience, Ability to communicate well with developers about HTML, CSS, XML, and other Web technologies
Nice to Have
PMP certification, Background in e-commerce industry, Experience scoping professional services for SaaS implementations, Experience generating or executing SOWs, Experience selling or delivering Managed Services engagements

Master templated and custom Statements of Work (SOW)
Facilitate client workshops and sessions
Present Bazaarvoice’s value-proposition
Manage and set expectations with stakeholders
Advocate on behalf of Client and team

Team & Collaboration
Proactively engage with Sales, Client Success, Support, and Product Teams; Manage and properly set expectations with both internal and client stakeholders; Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate well with developers

Manage post-sale implementation project, Ensure on-time delivery, Prioritize workload daily, Manage and drive portfolio of projects, Define and maintain project plans, Identify risks, Develop churn mitigation strategies
