Manage day-to-day coordination of electrical contractors, verifying installation compliance with approved electrical drawings, NEC requirements, and data center tier standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress of medium voltage switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, PDUs, busway, cable tray, and critical power distribution infrastructure. Review and approve electrical contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and equipment cut sheets to ensure alignment with design specifications and client standards. Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) for critical electrical equipment and coordinate delivery logistics to meet construction sequencing requirements. Lead pre-commissioning activities including megger testing, hi-pot testing, protective relay calibration, load bank testing, and integrated systems testing to validate electrical performance. Monitor construction schedule compliance for electrical scope, identifying critical path impacts and implementing corrective actions to maintain project milestones.
