What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in environmental, health and safety or related field, 3+ years relevant or equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project, Seasoned at handling multiple assignments simultaneously, setting goals, and completing commitments on schedule, Ability to make strategic decisions while in stressful situations including leading emergency response efforts

What You'll Do.
Support safety and environmental programs
Align programs with standards
Assist with EMS upkeep
Assist with SIPS upkeep
Contribute to internal EHS audits
Ensure timely resolution of findings
Help ensure facility adheres to ISO standards
Assist with coordinating certification efforts
Track issues to resolution
Responsible for collection and analysis of EHS KPIs
Assist in implementing strategies to track and reduce costs
Assist with Process Safety Management requirements
Assist with Risk Management Plan requirements
Accountable for ensuring training is conducted
Train production employees and management
Help ensure thorough incident investigations are completed
Identify and implement corrective actions
Assist with completion of employee exposure surveys
Drives a positive employee experience
