Get to Know the Role We are looking for a dynamic Acquisition Associate to implement effective strategies, support recruitment goals, and expand Grab's service market. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform * Recruitment: Implement recruitment activities to onboard new GrabBike and GrabCar driver-partners following the team's target and plan. Consult and guide driver partners through the registration process, eligibility criteria, and required documentation. * Market Expansion for New Services: Play a key role in developing new services. * Partner Care: Maintain relationships with cooperatives after contract signing to ensure strong and sustainable cohesion between Grab and its partners. * Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Team lead. * Recruitment Strategies: Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet targets, expand the driver network, and address needs. * Team Leadership: Manage and strategize to help team members efficiently while leading a small team. ## Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need * 1+ years of experience in driver acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. * Proven
