Get to Know the Role We are looking for a dynamic Acquisition Associate with implement thoughtful strategies, support recruitment goals, and expand Grab's service market. You will report to the Acquisition Team Lead and work onsite at Kim Anh Building, Cau Giay, Hanoi The Critical Tasks You Will Perform * Recruitment: Implement recruitment activities to onboard new GrabBike and GrabCar driver-partners following the team's target and plan. Consult and guide driver partners through the registration process, eligibility criteria, and required documentation. * Market Expansion for New Services: Play a key role in developing new services. * Partner Care: Maintain relationships with cooperatives after contract signing to ensure strong and sustainable cohesion between Grab and its partners. * Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Team lead. * Recruitment Strategies: Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet targets, expand the driver network, and address needs. * Team Leadership: Manage and strategize to help team members achieve goals efficiently while leading a small team. ## Qualifications What E
