In this role, you will be trained and mentored under supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices and gain valuable exposure to company standards and exciting projects. ### ### **What You 'll Be Doing:** * ### Working under the supervision of a licensed engineer, perform spread calculations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, drainage tabulation analysis, and drainage map delineation to create plans for GDOT and other clients * ### Approach tasks with an open mindset; propose innovative solutions to design problems * ### Prepare engineering reports and contract documents for review by a licensed engineer; * ### May track and provide initial review tasks of technicians or designers * ### Responsible for managing timely completion of multiple assigned tasks * ### Communicate effectively with team members and internal design groups; external communication as required on assigned tasks * ### Effectively present proposed design solutions as part of internal project meetings; may attend and contribute to presentations with external parties * ### Work with internal and external sources on Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) of projects * ### Adhere to company marketing requirements by providing timely resume updates and participating in marketing campaigns * ### Ensure timely completion of time sheets and expense reports * ### Take ownership of personal career de
