What You'll Do.

Support planning and delivery of doping control operations

Assist coordinating stakeholder visits

Contribute to development and maintenance of Doping Control Station plans

Support implementation of games-time Doping Control program

Assist coordinating logistics for sample collection

Maintain and update anti-doping data

Support day-to-day administrative needs

Produce and maintain documentation

Manage calendars and meeting cadences

Coordinate Doping Control updates and reports

Track budgets and expenses

Support document management

Assist with procurement

and finance documentation

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate cross-functionally with Games Delivery and Services/Logistics functions; Collaborate with Testing Agencies, National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs), and IFs; Collaborate with other functional areas to integrate doping control requirements; Work across functions to ensure alignment of doping control services; Represent Doping Control in cross-functional meetings; Communicate requirements and updates
