5+ years experience visual and interactive design, 4+ years leadership position, Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field or equivalent professional experience, Mastery of Figma, Familiarity with collaboration tools, Knowledge of visual design, Knowledge of user-centered experience design, Knowledge of interaction design, Knowledge of brand development, Experience developing design system, Experience maintaining design system, Ability to provide strategic vision, Ability to provide creative inspiration, Excellent public speaking skills, Excellent presentation skills
