7+ years delivering web, Salesforce CRM, or omnichannel technology solutions, Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and multiple concurrent workstreams, Ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements, documentation, and design assets, collaboration skills across creative, strategy, and technology partners, including client-facing discussions, Ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting pharma marketing or medical-affairs programs, Background as a business systems analyst, Knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy, or FDA-related standards, Experience in technology consulting or omnichannel program delivery, Familiarity with healthcare data standards or marketing-operations workflows, Experience integrating AI tools into daily or project-based work
