Must Have
University degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience in business personal property tax compliance, audit and commercial real estate valuation, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience, Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations, Comprehensive understanding of the property tax compliance function, Ability to lead and develop a team of tax professionals, Experience with Property Tax Management Software “PTMS”
Nice to Have
CMI, CPA, MAI or other similar accreditation, Ability to independently manage multiple projects, Prioritize and complete competing tasks, Experience with ERP systems, SAP

Review and approve complex property tax returns
Oversee tax appeal positions
Make recommendations on appeals
Property Tax planning
Identify property tax risks and opportunities
Develop personal property and real estate manager
Manage external consultants
Manage professional fees budget
Manage and communicate property tax compliance requirements
