What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10–12+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, leadership experience within complex, fast-paced, or high-growth environments, Proven ability to lead and scale talent acquisition functions, develop high performing recruitment teams, strategic stakeholder management and influencing skills, partner effectively with senior leaders, Demonstrated experience developing and executing workforce and hiring strategies aligned to business objectives, commercial acumen, ability to solve complex organisational and talent challenges, Experience using market insights, workforce analytics, and data to drive hiring decisions and continuous improvement, understanding of local talent markets, hiring trends, and workforce dynamics, Experience leading recruitment operations, governance, vendor management, and process optimisation initiatives, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills, Experience with recruitment technologies and talent systems

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment function for the country, balancing strategic direction with operational excellence to deliver high-quality, scalable, and data-driven hiring outcomes.
