STEM degree, minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience, Active and transferable Secret U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship, Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience leading large, multidisciplinary systems engineering teams, Proven experience eliciting customer needs, developing concepts of operations (CONOPS), and deriving, allocating, and tracing system and subsystem requirements, Advanced proficiency of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools, Experience with radio communication systems such as VLF, UHF, VHF, Satcom, or related

Nice to Have

Advanced proficiency with MBSE tools like MagicDraw CAMEO, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect, Working knowledge of cost, schedule, and technical estimation tools, Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actions, Technical risk & opportunity management, interface definition and control, Agile development experience in a leadership role, Working knowledge of Project Management, Control Account Management (CAM), and earned value, Demonstrated competence in peer review processes, configuration, and change management, Understanding of military concepts of operations or radio performance standards, Experience leading technical teams using collaboration and planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence, Experience or exposure to other related disciplines such as project engineering, human factors, system safety, reliability & maintainability, and cybersecurity, Experience working in an Agile development environment, Experience with parametric bid estimation tools such as SEER
