Full Job Description

Natera is seeking an Associate Director/Sr. Manager, Business Development to lead and expand our biopharma partnerships within the Organ Health area. This strategic role requires a proven track record of cultivating partnerships across the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the drug development lifecycle, from discovery through commercialization, and experience structuring deals involving clinical trials, real-world evidence, and companion diagnostics. Responsibilities: ● Strategic Partnering MBA or advanced scientific degree strongly preferred. ● 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or alliance management within biopharma, diagnostics, or healthcare technology. ● Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships. ● Deep understanding of the drug development ecosystem, including clinical trial design, regulatory pathways, and commercialization. ● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ● Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. ● Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and business tools (PowerPoint, Excel). The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
