As Associate Director, you will lead a diverse team of highly skilled engineers and data scientists who are passionate about utilizing cutting-edge technology to achieve transformative business outcomes. ## ## _The Impact:_ With the advent of Generative AI, we are witnessing a paradigm shift in software development and business intelligence. This leadership role positions you at the helm of our AI transformation initiative, driving strategic decisions that will directly impact our competitive advantage and deliver transformative solutions to our customers across global markets. ## _Responsibilities:_ ### ### We are seeking an individual with strong data science fundamentals including statistical modeling, feature engineering, and ML inferencing pipelines are required to support real-time AI-powered insights for our advisory business clients. ### ### Highly focussed on AI and large language model (LLM)engineering experience, including agentic workflow design and implementation.
