10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or SEC reporting and technical accounting roles with a Bachelor’s degree, Advanced knowledge of U. S. GAAP, Advanced knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, Advanced knowledge of financial statement disclosures, Advanced knowledge of internal controls, Hands‑on experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings, Working directly with external auditors and advisors, Ability to research, interpret, and apply accounting literature to complex transactions, Strong, hands-on experience with IT and financial systems, Leveraging ERP platforms, Leveraging SEC reporting and disclosure tools, Leveraging financial reporting systems, Proven project‑management skills, Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Ability to clearly explain complex accounting matters to non‑technical stakeholders, High attention to detail, Analytical skills, Sound professional judgment, Customer service approach, Solutions oriented, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Current CPA license

5+ years of experience with an advanced degree, Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, Pharmaceutical or life science experience

What You'll Do.

and filing of SEC reports

Serve as technical accounting subject‑matter expert

Provide guidance on complex accounting matters

Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda

Monitor and assess impact of new accounting standards

Lead implementation efforts for new standards

Partner with external auditors

Coordinate cross‑functionally on disclosure matters

Prepare materials for disclosure committee meetings

Oversee EDGARization and XBRL tagging processes

Serve as primary point of contact for SOX compliance

Provide accounting support for special projects

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner directly with accounting staff, legal, and other stakeholders; Coordinate cross‑functionally with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and external counsel; Run disclosure committee meetings with key stakeholders; Ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and external auditors

Communication Scope

Excellent written communication skills; Excellent verbal communication skills; Ability to clearly explain complex accounting matters to non‑technical stakeholders
