Must Have
Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture, with a background in enterprise-scale implementations, A proven track record of leading complex Salesforce programs and influencing senior stakeholders, Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-specific solutions, Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology outcomes, Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, integration patterns, data migration, and Salesforce testing frameworks, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused outcomes, A collaborative leadership style and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology and innovation, Relevant tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Architect or relevant domain certifications) are highly regarded, Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform App Builder, and Administrator
