Must Have
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum 10 years of direct experience in credit analysis or lending at major financial institutions, internal rating framework operations, credit risk management consulting, or credit assessment model product management, Proven experience in lending to or analyzing credits of low default asset classes such as specialized lending, financial institutions, large corporates, or sovereigns, Fluent Japanese language skills, Business-level English proficiency, Analytical capabilities, Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles, Intermediate knowledge of probability/statistics, Ability to work independently, High attention to detail and accuracy

Conduct application workshops
Prepare supporting case studies
Execute Assessment of Credit (AoC) projects
Analyze obligor information
Collaborate on updating scorecards
Communicate performance statistics
Drive presales initiatives
Meet with potential clients
Assess credit risk management requirements
Propose tailored solutions
Provide technical support
Provide analytical support
Support business development initiatives
