What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7–10 years’ experience in restructuring advisory and formal insolvency appointments, including (Special) Administrations, Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA), CPI or JIEB qualified, Proven track record managing corporate insolvency appointments and delivering restructuring advisory work, Experience leading workstreams and managing teams of junior staff on insolvency engagements, financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-focused mindset, commercial judgement and business acumen, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts, Confident stakeholder management with clients, lenders, and advisors at all levels, including in challenging situations, relationship-building ability with an established external network and interest in business development, Proactive, self-starting approach with ability to delegate effectively and develop junior team members

What You'll Do.

Lead and contribute to engagement teams of 3–6 people

supporting senior colleagues across a broad range of insolvency and restructuring advisory assignments

including contingency planning

cash & liquidity reviews and Restructuring Plans

Assess business performance identifying restructuring options and developing practical and innovative solutions for businesses and stakeholders

including formal insolvency options where relevant

Undertake detailed financial and commercial analysis to support clear

detailed client advice

Lead and manage engagements to scope

in line with Interpath’s engagement management standards

Act as the day-to-day client lead on relevant assignments

reporting back to engagement leaders and senior Interpath stakeholders

Support business development and new product development initiatives

Coach and develop junior team members on assignments

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Lead and contribute to engagement teams of 3–6 people; Support senior colleagues; Build strong, trusted relationships with senior management, mid-level executives, lawyers, banks and other lenders; Act as the day-to-day client lead on relevant assignments, reporting back to engagement leaders and senior Interpath stakeholders; Coach and develop junior team members on assignments; Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues and clients
