Must Have
University Degree in a scientific area OR an absolved apprenticeship in a pharmaceutical environment, Profound experience in a GMP regulated preferably within QA/QC, Experience with Lean / Six Sigma, within a Quality related environment, Certified Green Belt or higher is required, Fluent German (written and verbal) and good English language skills are required, ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions
Nice to Have
PowerBI and/or Minitab knowledge would be an advantage

Drive process standardization and efficiency
Support Lean Batch Release program implementation
Establish Quality Excellence CoE and PMO structures
Facilitate embedding LEAN culture
Monitor and enable reporting of Quality performance KPIs
Support multi-disciplinary project teams
Share best practice within Lonza network
