What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Senior leadership experience in Project Delivery / Programme Delivery / Programme Advisory, Proven experience delivering large-scale programmes within regulated or public-sector environments, expertise in delivery governance, performance management, and assurance, Ability to operate confidently at executive and board level, Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivery partners
Nice to Have
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) or equivalent, Prosci® Change Management Practitioner, Experience in transport, defence, rail, digital or public-sector programmes, Experience working within alliance or integrated delivery models, interest in data, insight, and digital approaches to improving delivery performance

Provide senior leadership across project and programme delivery environments
Support clients in programme setup
Lead delivery teams and partners to achieve outcomes
Design and embed governance
Drive delivery performance
and continuous improvement
Act as advisor to senior client stakeholders
Facilitate delivery workshops and sessions
Support business change and transformation initiatives
and develop delivery teams
Contribute to bid development and strategic pursuits
