Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience, Experience in Program/Project Management, Operations Management, Cost Account Management, Systems Engineering, or Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), Experience working development programs, Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance, Active and transferable Secret U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, Ability to obtain program access after start
Nice to Have
Program Management Certification, Demonstrated results creating and maintaining thorough executive level relationships, Technical knowledge of Electro-optical / Infrared Systems, Experience working with major suppliers or subcontractors, Experience working with direct customer interfaces, Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies, Experience working oversight and monitoring of supplier develop preventive and corrective actions, High level of implementation in a complex program environment, Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed environment, Ability to interpret and manage to program requirements, statements of work, and supplier commitments
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary programmatic point of contact
Provide contractual direction for execution of LRU subcontractor
Account for profit and loss
Account for Estimate at Completions (EACs) inputs
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with supplier and
quality and schedule performance
challenges to leadership
Coordinate preparation and assure timely completion of Contract
Coordinate with Pod System Program Manager and Operations
Ensure alignment of schedule
