What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 – 10 Years Work Experience, 3 – 6 Years Experience in Accounting / Fund Accounting, 2 – 4 year’s experience of using the Yardi platform, Understanding of Real Estate and Real Asset fund structures, accounting, & processes, Capable of supporting requirements and testing for business/application requests, Fluent in both written and spoken English, Ability to communicate and present information to a variety of clients, stakeholders and staff at all levels of an organization, SQL script writing experience
What You'll Do.
Work with Client Operations team
Ensure optimum system usage
Remediate system configuration
Remediate processing methodology
Deliver consistent service globally
Support Product lead on roadmap items
Keep up to date on system innovations
Collaborate with Client servicing teams
Ensure consistency of service delivered
Support business development teams
Support Client Integration teams
Onboard to Target Operating Model
Provide ad-hoc support
Create Investor reports
Ensure operating model is followed
Assist during onboarding process
Liaise with support teams
Obtain solutions to issues
Cover agreed upon applications
Coordinate training on applications
Coordinate training on new functionality
Coordinate training for changes
Provide end user support
Manage communication within SLA
Act as SME on application
Improve standard of system support
Improve standard of training globally
Ensure SLAs are adhered to
Target training content
Align with operations
Liaise directly with IT
Coordinate work with vendor
Coordinate work with IT
Obtain documentation on functionality changes
Communicate functionality changes
Assess functionality updates
Ensure issues are fully resolved
Maintain constant communication with operations
Consistently improve program
