What You'll Do.
Lead private credit accounting team
Review team deliverables
Meet reporting deadlines
Supervise junior accountants
Mentor mid-level accountants
Develop accounting teams
Oversee financial statements preparation
Oversee investor reports preparation
Oversee management reporting packages
Manage general ledger maintenance
Manage NAV calculations
Manage portfolio performance reporting
Ensure accurate accounting for capital calls
Ensure accurate accounting for distributions
Ensure accurate accounting for management fees
Ensure accurate accounting for incentive allocations
Ensure accurate accounting for fund expenses
Oversee accounting for private credit instruments
Partner with valuation teams
Apply valuation methodologies for illiquid credit
Provide technical accounting guidance
Manage external relationships with fund administrators
Manage external relationships with auditors
Review administrator work
Ensure timely administrator deliverables
Ensure timely auditor deliverables
Review investor notices
Approve investor notices
Support fundraising efforts
Prepare accounting sections of offering materials
Respond to investor due diligence requests
Drive process efficiency through automation
