We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Responsibilities** The Associate Director - Pricing will be a crucial part of a team that determines Pricing and Access strategies for Lilly’s portfolio. You will be reporting to VP, Pricing and Market Access and be responsible for providing analysis and reports to optimize pricing and access opportunities for Lilly Canada. The work encompasses both the optimization of commercialized products and the preparation for future launches by developing early pricing and market access insights for pipeline assets. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of PRA team operations such as Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracting and payer submissions. This is a hybrid role – onsite presence at our Toronto office will be 10 days or more per month (or at least 50% of the time), determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs. This role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Lilly Bonus Program and a car allowance.
