What You'll Do.
driving of creation and implementation of PRA strategy to support Lilly business priorities
management of hospital business operations
external relationships with key stakeholders
co-ordination of internal cooperation on access-related issues and communication
and implementation of Lilly’s payer strategies
achieve the affiliate PRA objectives
Drive access strategy for overall Lilly portfolio in co-operation with product teams
Achieve reimbursement for new products and indications and protect reimbursement for currently marketed brands
Develop and manage pricing strategies
leverage alternative pricing and access solutions and risk agreements in expanding
defending and maintaining access
Translate and customize existing value propositions and product positioning
including input into any regionally developed economic models and dossiers
Ensure affiliate have adequate PRA support either provided directly or by bringing in the right global or regional experts
Manage hospital business strategy (B2B) for selected product
Supervise implementation of inpatient pricing strategies
Identify and prioritize key professional relations and advocacy groups
Build effective relationship with key though leaders
policy makers & payers for all strategic products
Build effective relationship with industry representatives
Supervise and coach PRA Team members (PRA Manager
