## Company: Marsh ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. **Associate Director – Placement (Grade F)** This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Business teams while guiding Senior Managers on account management. It leads and develops a high-performing technical team, supports Senior Leadership in driving client profitability, and oversees budgeting, resource allocation, and operational risk within the Placement function. The role also has full people-management accountability, including hiring, work allocation, performance evaluation, and training. **We will count on you to:** * Develop and oversee performance management for Senior Managers * Lead and manage the placement team, providing guidance, training, and performance management * Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop tailored placement plans. * Monitor and analyse placement metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology, automation, and best practice * Interfaces closely with client executives and client teams to support client retention and new business production. **What you need to have:** * Graduate with 10 plus years of prior work experience in Insurance Broking domain & minimum 5 years of team handling experience * Process knowledge of broking business and insurance terminologies * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Proven track record of leading high performing teams * Collaborative mindset across levels and teams * Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word) * Decision making and Problem solving skills * High attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal, communicatio
