7+ years experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, Experience with Hub service provider, Experience with in-house hub, Familiarity with pharmacy benefits, Demonstrated depth with reimbursement support services, Demonstrated depth with hubs, Understanding of legal/regulatory/safety requirements with hubs, Familiarity with patient assistance programs, Understanding of coding associated with claims reimbursement, Ability to work cross-functionally, Ability to advance and complete projects on time, Ability to advance and complete projects within budget, Ability to anticipate and address challenges, Ability to solve problems quickly, Ability to solve problems efficiently, Ability to solve problems in a collaborative manner, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, Business acumen

Manage day-to-day hub operations
