Job Summary: The Associate Director, Patient Recruitment is a strategic and operational leader responsible for developing and executing innovative, data-driven patient recruitment and retention strategies across the company's clinical trial portfolio in immunology and inflammation. This role is critical to achieving enrollment targets, maintaining trial timelines, and ensuring that patient populations are representative and accessible. The Associate Director will build and lead recruitment capabilities from an early-stage infrastructure, partnering closely with Site Start Up, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and external recruitment vendors to deliver best-in-class patient access solutions for I the incumbent will be expected to travel to Beeline Medicines’ offices on a periodic basis to support in-person collaboration, team engagement, and business operations.
