Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise merchant partnerships, driving performance across revenue, transaction volume, profitability, customer acquisition, and overall business growth. Develop and execute data-driven account strategies, leveraging market intelligence and performance insights to identify opportunities for expansion and increased engagement. Partner closely with executive stakeholders to design and optimize omnichannel payment experiences across digital, mobile, and in-store environments. Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions, presenting actionable recommendations and performance insights that support informed decision-making. Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning evolving partner needs with available products, services, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, and operations teams to advocate for partner needs, resolve challenges, and contribute to future innovation. Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations while maintaining strong, long-term relationships that create mutual value. Utilize AI-powered insights and predictive analytics to forecast performance, uncover growth opportunities, and personalize engagement strategies. Travel up to 30–40% as needed to support client meetings, strategic planning sessions, and relationship-building activities. Requirements 12+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnership management, or client success roles, including at least 7 years focused on eCommerce environments. Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale partnerships within fintech, digital payments, eCommerce, retail technology, or related industries. Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin is required to effectively support and communicate with designated merchant partners. Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving measurable commercial outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.
