Eligibility Requirements

Driving is an essential function of this position., We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa., We are unable to employ individuals who are currently receiving services from PATH or have received services within the past two years., All regular and customary work must be performed within the state., Approval for work outside of the office, does not establish approval for work to be conducted outside of California.

Must Have

Have employment eligibility verification, Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training, Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire: Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test, Have reliable transportation, A valid driver’s license, Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties, The ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage, Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U. S., Four (4) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations., One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field

Nice to Have

Six (6) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations., Two (2) years of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field strongly preferred.

What You'll Do.

oversee all aspects of program operations

Provide direct supervision to program managers and team supervisors who oversee the teams

Ensure adherence to funding source contracts and performance

prepare written reports on program activities as assigned and as required by funding sources

Provide leadership that reflects organizations' mission

and values to internal and external stakeholders

Ensure appropriate data collection and reporting as required by funders

and agency senior management

Prepare progress and performance reports for internal and external communication

Assist in interviewing

and training planning and scheduling/assigning ongoing workload assignments

setting and adjusting work to be accomplished by adjusting program and project and preparing schedules for work completion
