Job Summary The Associate Director of Program Management, based out of our Fort Worth Texas headquarters, is an execution-focused leader responsible for driving publisher performance and growth across the Koddi Ads platform. This role leads a team of Program Analysts, with a core focus on delivering program excellence, scaling operational practices, and translating platform performance into compelling client outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong team leader and operator who can manage complex publisher portfolios, develop their team's commercial and analytical capabilities, and serve as a senior point of escalation for more junior teammates. This leader will own program delivery quality across their client portfolio, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to surface insights, support upsell opportunities, and ensure consistent execution against client goals. Success in this role is measured by team performance
