Must Have
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration, 8 years of experience in patient support services, care management, or healthcare operations, 3 years in a people leadership role, Proven experience in building and scaling patient support or care management teams, Launch experience for specialty products, Operational management skills, Experience managing vendor relationships
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA), Kidney care experience, Specialty pharmaceuticals experience, Biologics experience, Chronic disease management experience, Demonstrated success in implementing innovative patient support solutions
What You'll Do.
Build and scale patient-facing case management team
Develop care management model
and mentor team members
Develop and implement operational processes
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors
Drive improvements in patient engagement
Team with data/analytics team for reporting
Serve as case management SME
Work with vendors to develop work instructions
Map case management process flows
Participate in cross-functional projects
Develop and execute strategic plans to scale team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders
Serve as key point of contact for escalated
Partner with senior leadership
