Must Have
U. S. citizenship is required, Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, Secret - Current security clearance, University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years’ experience with naval radars, naval shipboard systems, and associated naval operations, or an Advanced Degree and minimum of 10 years’ experience, Experience with the Aegis Combat Management System Integrated Air and Missile Defense sensors, effectors, operations and capabilities, Former U. S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer with experience with naval surface combat systems, sensors, and effectors
Nice to Have
Experience with or knowledge of shipbuilding, to include installation and testing of the combat system, Strategic thinking with a proven track record of capable of assessing current and future maritime warfighting capabilities and requirements and developing innovative solutions to solve customers' most difficult problems, Proven leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for achieving mission success for our customers, Experience in defense acquisition requirements generation and/or program management
What You'll Do.
lead campaigns to grow Raytheon’s customer base for integrated air and missile defense sensors and naval surface platforms
gains leadership approval and aggressively executes campaign strategies
develop relationships with domestic and international customers to provide maritime integrated system solutions to meet their defense needs
develop and assess new opportunities
Build and maintain business relationships with potential customers and their US government counterparts
Provide subject matter expertise in US and international customers' procurement process and acquisition strategy
Participate in the development of strategic plans and country strategies
Prepare and request international licensing and agreements
Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the Federal
and Local levels on Public Policy in their advocation and development of new technologies and our current systems
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
in close coordination with the Raytheon Naval Systems and Sustainment (NSS) Business Development Executive and Naval Power business units; Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the Federal, State, and Local levels on Public Policy in their advocation and development of new technologies and our current systems
