What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree., Active, unrestricted Indiana pharmacist license in good standing., Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations., Demonstrated experience managing multi-state pharmacy licensure, including renewals, continuing education tracking, and license maintenance across jurisdictions., Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to Have

Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure in 15 or more additional U. S. states (in addition to Indiana), in good standing with each respective Board of Pharmacy., Knowledge of regulatory requirements for online and warehouse-based pharmacies, including non-dispensing intake models., Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills., Supervisory experience preferred., Experience with pharmacy management software and automated dispensing systems., Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety., Experience with a variety of industry parcel systems and their associated tradeoffs and applications., Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate across levels of technical experts and senior leadership., Familiarity with NABP services (e. g. , e-Profile, License Transfer) and multi-state license maintenance platforms.

Monitor state pharmacy practice acts and regulatory guidance.

Translate regulatory updates into operational changes.

Provide consultation on pharmacy practice knowledge.

Support commercial oversight and issue resolution.

Verify prescription order accuracy.

Resolve issues with prescribers and patients.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Provide guidance to external pharmacy staff.

Address operational challenges with leadership.

Review and improve workflow processes.

Stay current on industry trends.

Translate trends into operational changes.

Contribute to process and system design.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Consultation and team support for technical and regulatory knowledge.; Partner with Quality Assurance for compliance.; Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, commercial operations, customer support, IT).; Provide guidance and support to external pharmacy staff.; Address operational challenges in collaboration with commercial leadership.
