What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative, 15+ years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs analytics, HEOR, Market Access analytics, or related roles within biopharma or pharmaceutical industry, Demonstrated experience leading field medical analytics, evidence generation analytics, and access insights, Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e. g. , R, Python, SQL), Experience working closely with Medical, HEOR, Access, and cross-functional leadership teams, Experience leading teams and influencing across matrixed organizations
Nice to Have
PhD a plus, visualization platforms (e. g. , R Shiny, Dash), unstructured data techniques

Design analytics frameworks for Medical GTM
Evaluate impact of field medical interactions
Partner with Medical Excellence teams
Lead perception analytics
Oversee analytics for medical congresses
Apply NLP and AI techniques
Translate scientific engagement insights
Drive closed-loop insights-to-action frameworks
Lead AI transformation initiatives
Identify high-value AI use cases
and Data Science teams
Lead analytics supporting evidence generation
Develop frameworks to prioritize evidence gaps
Support HEOR and Medical teams
