Must Have
4+ years experience managing large clients and relationships within complex organizational structures, Experience working with syndicated media planning tools like MediaOcean Prisma, Comscore, GWI, etc. to build audience driven plans

Brainstorming and implementing new ways to optimize client and business workflows
Manage ad hoc client requests
and business challenges in fast-moving environments while maintaining operational excellence
Lead the development and communication of integrated campaign insights
performance narratives
and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
Understand the full spectrum of services that Monks offers and be able to grow our new and existing client engagements in a thoughtful and consultative way
Mentor and support junior team members across strategic thinking
and campaign management best practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Own cross-functional coordination across Investment, Analytics, Business Operations, and Media Technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery; Partner closely with investment teams to oversee pacing, budget management, forecasting, and delivery across active campaigns; Work with internal and external cross functional teams to package learnings into case studies, best practices, and client-facing POVs; Contribute to the culture of both the Enterprise Media Department, and overall agency by being curious, thoughtful and fearless
