Proven ability to define long-term strategic direction while effectively managing day-to-day execution, Experience building and delivering strategic growth plans across both top and bottom-line results, business acumen, with expertise in demand forecasting, consumption analysis (POS and panel), and P&L management, Demonstrated success driving demand across the full marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and coaching others to do the same, Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams, with a passion for talent development and culture building, leadership, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization
